Would you like to take part in a 13 week work programme, committing to 30 hours per week over four days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)?

Traineeships are designed to help young motivated people who want to get an apprenticeship or job but lack the appropriate work place skills or experience.  A traineeship is an education and training programme combined with hands on work experience which can help unlock potential and prepare trainees seize a future career by accommodating a transition into becoming ‘work ready’.

Designed to help young people aged 16-24 traineeships provide the essential work preparation training, English, maths and work experience required to progress onto an apprenticeship or employment.

In conjunction with Trust employers, the   Widening Participation & Learning Team is proud to be able to offer Traineeships in Healthcare Support and Admin & Clerical roles across the Trust site.
