Are you unemployed, aged 16+ years, in receipt of benefits and looking for an opportunity to gain work experience within the NHS?
Would you like to take part in a 13 week work programme, committing to 30 hours per week over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)?
The Prospect Programme is an in-depth work experience programme offered by the Trust designed to provide skills and training to the unemployed helping to support people bridge gaps into paid work. The programme consists of a formal 3 week induction followed by 12 week’s on-the-job training; during which time candidates undertake real work scenarios. Placements are available in a variety of Trust job roles including health support, administration and support service positions.
The Prospect Programme has helped position over 200 volunteers into Trust placements. There is no guarantee of a job at the end of your placement but over 86% of volunteers completing the Programme have gone on to successfully obtain permanent employment.
