Over the last five years we have secured a reputation for quality of service as being arguably the largest provider of work experience placements across the North East. Having established a network of work placements across the organisation which have increased year on year, we have developed key links/partnerships with schools/colleges/universities, local councils and network provider groups across the Tees Valley area. 

Success Rates

Employing Young PeopleOverall achievement for apprenticeships consistently exceed national rates. For 2016/17 completions our overall acheivement rate was 94%. 

Overall success in our QCF consistently exceed national rates.

The PROSPECT and Traineeship programmes provide work experience in real working environments to the unemployed age 16-19 and 19+.  Candidates take on board a wealth of work experience, confidence, transferable skills and employability skills.  From 2013 to 2017, the programmes have provided placements for over 300 volunteers; 86% of starts have completed the programmes with 88% of those completions gaining employment.
