The Widening Participation & Learning Team design programmes that are role-relevant and health sector endorsed. Providing the highest quality and most engaging tutors, trainers and assessors, we look to employ the most effective, appropriate and innovative delivery in conjunction with assessment methods.
Quality is central to our ethos and we work hard to achieve great results for our learners and Trust managers. Through classroom and workplace delivery, administration support services and development of technology we aim to constantly improve the service we deliver.

We provide impartial information, advice and guidance the aim of which is to support career and personal development. We meet the requirements set by the NHS knowledge and skills framework, allowing for speedy progression along the skills escalator. There is provision for speakers of other languages and specialist one to one support is available to be accessed for those with complex or additional learning needs (dyslexia, dyspraxia etc).
