Responding to Incidents Training (Patient Safety Incident Response Framework)
This training will give an overview on the importance of keeping our patients and staff safe in alignment with the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework
- We will explore system analysis models to understand why and how an incident occurred
- We will describe principles, systems, processes, skills and behaviours for incident management as part of a broader system approach,
- We will signpost guidance and support for preparing for and responding to patient safety incidents in a range of ways
- We will discuss the importance of transparency and openness to support those affected by patient safety incidents.
Fee: This training is free to attend for South Tees Hospitals employees. Non-attendance may be charged to your centre
